nutritional therapy

Kendall Jeynes
Registered Nutritional Therapist
Registered Associate Nutritionist

In my practice, I use evidence-based research and the tools of functional medicine to support the diverse needs of my clients.

I run workshops and give presentations on a wide range of health concerns and illustrate how important nutrition can be
in supporting the well-being of the
individual with the diagnosis or health

General Practice
A wide variety of conditions and illneses are impacted by diet and lifestyle choices.  It is common for individuals with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease to seek dietarty advice, however, symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, stress,  insomnia and fatigue can also be affected by dietary content and routine.

Addiction Recovery

Substance misuse can lead to malnutrition.   This lack of essential nutrients can noticeably impact the mood, immune system function and energy levels of the individual.  For people suffering from substance misuse, eating well and replenishing lost nutrients can play an important role in recovery
